DELIVERY

Please note it can take at least two weeks for you to receive your Harvey’s merch, especially for custom orders. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items are final sale. There are no exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to check our Size Charts before placing your order.

RECEIVED FAULTY ITEMS

Sometimes mistakes happen. We’re so sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. 

Please email us at merch@harveys.ca if there is something wrong with the item you purchased so we can make things right.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

Got the wrong item? Let us sort it out right away!

If you received a package that isn’t what you ordered, please email us at merch@harveys.ca with your name, order number and shipping address so we can get this sorted for you. 

MISSING AN ITEM

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. To get everything quicker to you, we may ship items out separately. Please allow for 1-2 days for any missing items to arrive. If it does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please email us at merch@harveys.ca with your name, order number and shipping address.
